A LIGHTHOUSE AMONG THE WAVES OF DIVISIONS IN THE SEA

I have mentioned God’s parental love, but how do we attain it more perfected within us?

As a parent we aim for overall unity with our children from the likeness of God in us. Yet, we do not allow errors to prevail to harm our children if we are able. This is where correct teachings can be helpful. As the Holy Spirit said through Paul, “….there must also so be factions (divisions) among you, that those who are approved (correct) may be recognized among you.” 1 Corinthians 11:19.

The Holy Bible provides what is correct. It is upon us from God’s guidance to “Be dilligent (as in study) to present yourselves approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15. If you become lazy you could find yourself in an erroneous faction or denomination and not realize it. So when new teachings arise which we are unfamiliar, and we find ourselves afterward indecisive or perhaps between factions, we should look as a judge between lawyers for each faction for which faction is closer to the truth. Refusing fact from emotional and former attachment loyalties can lead us astray, because “…the heart is decietful above all things.” Jeremiah 17:9. The mind tends to first recall Holy Spirit guidance before the heart, when the two conflict it is often best to side with the mind to lead the loving yet rebellious heart.

A difficult struggle for my Spiritual growth has been to choose truth over my feelings and attachments to a pastoral friend I highly admired and followed. I did not throw the baby out with the bathwater, we are still very close friends, but I learned we are all at various degrees of development and strengths. So I embrace those strengths in others aligned with God’s words and overlook those which seem incongruent. Parental love does not abandon children for having developmental errors and they remain steadfast in what is correct so the prodigal children have a stable integral home to which to return from their ventures. Unity can then be later stronger than before….

Many Catholic-Protestant leaders have been strong in some areas, and weak in others unseen to them, as scapegoat explanations for Christ’s sacrifice and equapolithist trinitarianism. Likewise, politians who leave to their heirs a nation in amoral quagmires from compromising the foundations of Faith—as forbidding discrimination based on disease-prone perverse sexual orientations (e.g. homosexuality, beastality, etc.)—-leave their prodigal children no lighthouse to see nor stable home to return in times of troubles. Preachers chose to preserve their 501c (3) money revenue by staying out of politics, now predator homosexuals can adopt children and pervert their minds. This is why we were given leading examples as Paul who worked as a tent maker and tithed his own money to ministry strengthening churches. Pastors should have their congregant to legally circumvent laws which tend to silence them by putting ungodly conditions on Church coffers. Pastors need to think creatively to get back in the front lines to lead this nation’s politics and revise laws more favorable to God’s Word. Our leadership has a mandate “to contend (fight) earnestly for the faith (teachings) which was once for all delivered to the saints (disciples of Christ).” Jude 3.

Leverage your vote to matter. Speak up for God’s Judeo-Christian rights more vigorously than others do human wrongs called human rights.

For those who stand by as Jonah negligent of Nineva because you see coming destruction soon—-you better re-read your Bible—we are not called to sit back and await America’s destruction, because failure to call for their repentance can bring their sin’s due destruction upon your head, your soul will not be “delivered”, sometimes before thiers. See Ezekiel chapter 3 how your soul is delivered by warning others.
