THE SUPREMACY OF GOD’S RECORDED WORD IN THE HOLY BIBLE

“If you live in me and my words live in you, you will ask what you desire (from God), and it shall be done for you.” —-Jesus Christ the Son of God, from the Holy Bible at John 15:7. 

The Holy Bible is from God’s Holy Spirit and it is the supreme material authority for the Christian in matters of belief and teaching, not any man or church outside the Holy Spirit written Bible.  

In publications we provide Holy Bible verses for you to see supreme material authority bearing witness from God yourself about teachings or beliefs.   Why?  Answer: No book in the world parallels the Holy Bible through all of mankind’s history about God.  

Here is brief support for this claim.

FACTS

 
The Holy Bible embodies “the oldest history writing still existing.” Cambridge Ancient History, Volume 1, page 13. Its content spans from the most ancient times when people wrote in Hebrew cuneiform on moist clay tablets that dried into stone  (before 2500 B.C., Exodus 24:12), then later plant pith papyri and animal skins [parchment] (2 Timothy 4:13), then modern tree pith paper, and then electronic devices and worldwide internet web.

“The Hebrew Bible has come down to us through the scrupulous care of ancient scribes who copied the original text in successive generations……There is more manuscript support for the New Testament [text integrity of the Bible] than for any other body of ancient literature.”— Preface, New King James Version of the Holy Bible. Professor of history, Edwin Yamauchi, stated that “we have more and better historical documentation for Jesus than for any other religious founder.” NEDV, pg. 136 

In ancient handwritten times when making copies of Holy Scripture, no letter of a word could be written from unaided memory, numerical “tabs” and records were kept for “every letter, syllable, word and paragraph” for a Biblical manuscript and matching authentic copies. This was done by a “special class of men…whose sole duty was to preserve and transmit these documents with practically perfect fidelity—-scribes…massoretes.” NEDV, pg 9, 74.

Presumed “contradictory details” pointed out by superficial literary critics about certain written events or accounts in the Bible are in fact supplementary details under closer examination, seen as “contradictory” only when inadequately interpreted without other details throughout the Bible and without understanding the Bible’s early language.

Accuracy of a religious book through history does not mean it was inspired by or came from God, as many non-religious books have great accuracy from antiquity. But unlike any other known ancient religious text, “fulfilled prophecy in the Holy Bible is a strong indication of the unique Divine authority of the Bible.” NEDV, pg13. 

The Bible’s New Testament (content, spanning c. 30-90 A.D.) reveals the Old Testament (content, spanning before 3000 B.C. to around 500 B.C.) contained “over 300 references to the Messiah that were fulfilled in Jesus” and his disciples years later to the present. NEDV pg 168. Details in parentheses is added to reveal factual magnitude. 

Different prophets spaced over thousands of years made the numerous manuscripts and their contents collected into and called the Holy Bible (or Holy Scriptures) today. They foretold matters hundreds and thousands of years beforehand, with astounding accurate Divine quality and consistency.

The Holy Scriptures comprise the most ancient, authentic, accurate, proven, and numerous prophets and their writings from God—-no other religious text or book on the planet has this substantial value from God, and the internal and external evidence for it. 

There are good disciple scribes (Holy Scripture writers, even prophets) sent from God through Jesus who will encourage you to trust God through His Holy Scriptures. Matthew 13:52, 23:34, 37.  There are hypocrite scribes from the adversaries of God and Him in Christ who will try to cause doubts and discourage you from trusting God through His Holy Scriptures. Matthew 23:13. Hypocrite scribes claim the Holy Scriptures were from God and acceptable for righteousness on one hand but on the other hand claim they are erroneous, unreliable, or ignore their directives. They do that by creating writings and traditions which contradict the Holy Bible or try to undermine it so to be exempt from its more self-sacrificial accurate guidance. Matthew 15: 3-9, 23:15. 

I’m writing to encourage you to trust God through His Holy Scriptures and align with Him and His Holy Scripture, especially when contradicted by “religious” traditions of any kind.  For they “are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus…

By the breath from God, including its life and intellectual inspiration from God, all Scripture is provided for you, and is profitable for teaching, for evidence, for correction, for reformation, and for righteous instruction, that the soul of God may be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Holy Bible’s 2 Timothy 3:15-17. B.V. 

“…knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any privately separate explanation (of people), for prophecy never came by the will of mere men, but holy souls from God moved by God’s Holy Spirit spoke the will of God, His words, and foretold the future.” 2 Peter 1:20-21. B.V. 

My hope is you too will experience “understanding in all things,” the “exceeding” and “unspeakable joy,” and “the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding.” 2 Timothy 2:7, 1 Peter 1:8, 4:13, Philippians 4:7.

HOW ELSE DO WE KNOW ITS SUPREME?

How do we know the words from God, collectively the Word of God, is recorded in the Holy Bible? If true, the Holy Bible should be distinct from all other books on the planet, right? It should have supreme insight and direction, from and about God, right? Like what is right and wrong for ultimate advantages and success, maybe mention dinosaurs, maybe tell us about the beginnings of mankind, maybe ancient places and cities, people therein, maybe astonishing foresight into the future, maybe how to heal or help others, and be lasting to the present day for all of mankind to benefit, right?
Welcome to the Holy Bible, which touches all these topics and more. 

Archaeology has unearthed some of the most ancient territories, and cities, beforehand mentioned in the Holy Bible l predating Egyptian cities, such as Ur of Sumer, and Jericho of Canaan.

Archaeology has unearthed some of the most ancient land and sea dinosaurs, beforehand mentioned in the Holy Bible, such as the sauropodic “Behemoth” and the crocosaurus “Leviathan”, see the Holy Bible’s subsectional book called Job (pronounced joeb) chapter 40,s verses 15 to 24 (i.e. Job 40:15-24, and 41:1-34. See for Or and Jericho, Genesis 11:28, 31, 15:7 and Numbers 22:1). 

The prophets and prophetesses found only in the Holy Bible, these men and women inspired by God uttered His words from His Holy Spirit and foretold events before they occurred hundreds of years in advance, others thousands of years.

No other religious book in the world contains the records of those many ancient prophets spanning so many thousands of years.

No other religious book contains the same measure of accuracy and precise detail quality of the prophets, or their astonishing deep predictions. Each authentic prophet or prophetess, bears praise to God by His revealed unique sacred name in their own name, such as Elijah (more accurately from Hebrew: EliYah), or their recorded Scripture in the Holy Bible (Psalm 68:4).

Moreover, when many people thought the earth was a flat slate, and some of the world’s “wisest” sages or shamans thought it sat on the back of a large turtle, real wise men from God knew the truth, as recorded in the Holy Bible. With no modern satellites, over thousands of years ago, they understood the earth was round and hung upon nothing in the midst of space. See Jobs 26:7, Isaiah 40:22. 

If you read the Holy Bible, its contents address some of the main beginnings of mankind and relationships to God, recording ancient events, encounters, and insights from God, our Engineer, and His prophet disciples, our Spiritual Mechanics, the chief of whom is Jesus Christ (from Hebrew: Yeshua, an epithet meaning Savior, meaning his proper name: Yahwashag, meaning specifically Yah is salvation).

Some records in the Holy Bible are preserving factual events to learn Divine principles and others provide important Divine principles from teachings that use parables or illustrations. No other religious book can be equally compared for content and thus its value.  This is so, even though many have without proper training tried to vilify the Bible by taking examples from it intended to enlighten us to what is harsh or bad and claiming it teaches us to do those things. For example, some teach the Bible mentions slavery and thus supports it and do not show how on the contrary we are liberated from slavery, as it is written “…do not become slaves of men.” 1 Corinthians 7:23. Another example, is false allegations the Holy Bible directs men to treat wives or women inferior to men and that its permissible to have many wives because of Old Covenant examples of incomplete cultural developments, all of this is false and the New Covenant illustrates that in context, especially context of the whole Bible.

The Holy Bible is not an ordinary book. God uses the Holy Bible  to affirmatively raise souls Spiritually into God’s likeness and image for His purposes, including co-management of His Kingdom of kingdoms on the earth, as you will see.

The Holy Bible is so far ahead of our times that its ancient insight remains the authoritative source for Spiritually understanding God, human morals, Spiritual direction, our world, our planet, people, their history, and the attainment of unusual success according to God’s standards by Him enlightening souls for the earth.

As we will discuss later, the Messiah from God, facilitating the manifestation of the Holy Bible through thousands of years is like the sun while other religious leaders and their books which came later are as a moon: having merely a reflection of the sun’s Divine generated greater light. 

Holy Scripture has the unique ability to provide from itself the most authoritative interpretation and explanation of itself, able to correct itself and mankind thereby, from God. As Apostle Peter revealed, no prediction of Scripture is of any separate explanation.” 2 Peter 1:20-21. See also Galatians 1:8-9. People who claim Holy Scripture has been too corrupt by men to be reliable, are completely ignorant of this miraculous marvel from God. 

ITS VALUE 

Consider for a moment two 10 year old children named Abel and Cain. They were left to themselves alone after their parents died in a jungle. What would you do to survive if you were one if them, to better survive and bless others? How would you survive? What if both children, able to read, were left with a family Diary from their deceased elderly parents. The parents had become successful family parents, both king and queen of the family, even over diverse tribes, and earth’s first newborn primal kingdom. Cain dismissed the Diary as corrupted by handlers who just wanted to control him and attempted to write his own to replace it in his spiritual adolescence. His descendants wound up killing each other like suicide bombers. As Abel’s parents directed him, Abel read the Diary as a means of success from the earth’s Creator Who has all the insight for advantages, whether in the wilderness combating savage animals and people by violence or in a civilization governed by laws among tamed animals and civilized people by wisdom. Abel’s kingdom grew wise and prospered more powerful than others, his descendants helping each other grow in all manner of occupations.

Between Abel versus Cain. Who do you suppose will most likely be more informed, wiser, and aware, to lead family, friends, and foreigners to their blessings and a greater inheritance of a greater kingdom? The Holy Bible has this value.

IS HOLY SCRIPTURE WE HAVE AUTHENTIC? YES

Some unknowledgeable have claimed the Holy Scriptures are corrupted by man, and imply it is unreliable for knowing the truth about God or obtaining benefits from God by its accuracy. This is false. God can bring you to truth about Him by any means, some means are more helpful than others.

Is there evidence that Holy Scripture has had words added or removed? In some copies or translations, yes, but not all the originals, copies, or translations. Is there reliable copies of the originals? Of course, too many copies were made and widespread for comparison for any one person, group, or several groups to corrupt, destroy, or replace. How do you know? By the beneficial results from applying original Holy Scripture, and by the Holy Spirit, which match and affirm original Holy Scripture, and Holy Scripture matches the Holy Spirit and true disciple from God through Jesus Christ This is like an authentic original dollar corresponds to the original press or mold which made it, and vice versa.

So also a leader from God raised up like a Son or Daughter by the Leader of leaders, resembles God the Father of leaders and vice versa. You will not have the Bible as it does today condemn the title “Pope” (meaning “father” as forbidden as a religious title to Christ’s disciples, see Matthew 23:9) and condemn other Catholic teachings if the Bible and Catholics were from each other supportively. This is in part why Catholics once outlawed their Latin Bible copy to common people, it condemns them.
Another way of knowing is consistency, a consistent message is conveyed throughout the Holy Bible although parts were written in different times and regions, and that consistency is evident by Holy Scripture interpreting and explaining itself as if by one Author from heaven: God. In this way the Holy Bible even helps correct translation errors.

OTHER RELIGIONS HAVE BEEN INSPIRED BY OUR HOLY BIBLE

All mainstream world monotheist religions come after the Holy Bible’s beginnings, some try to mimic it. According to world Almanacs, there is over 2 billion Christians, arising from Judeo-Christianity defined by the Holy Bible. There is nearly 2 billion Muslims.

A young Muslim once suggested Holy Scripture is corrupt which is why they follow the Quran made over 500 years after the Bible’s New Covenant from Jesus. But consider what the Quran from Muhammed says about us Jewish Christians and the reliability of our Holy Scriptures in the days Muhammed dictated the Quran.

“Let the People of the Gospel judge by what God has revealed therein. If any do fail to judge by what God has revealed, they are those who rebel. To you We sent the Scripture (New Covenant Gospel) in truth, confirming the Scripture (Old Covenant Torah) which came before it….” Surah 5:47-49.

The whole Quran did not exist in writing yet when this verse was written, this is how we know what Scriptures here are meant. Plus, Muhammed himself was a Jewish Christian speaking to old and new converts following him as the name “Muslim” was not yet widely used to describe them.

“Jesus Christ, the son of Mary, is held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of those NEAREST to God” Surah (chapter and verse) 3:45, Quran.

“…There is from among them (believers) a party on the right course (by their Holy Bible); but many of them follow a course that is evil (of themselves)….Say: ‘O People of the Book (Holy Bible)! You have no ground to stand upon unless you stand fast by the Torah (Old Covenant), the Gospel (New Covenant), and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord (God through Jesus by disciples of Christ, like letters from apostle Paul in the New Covenant )….Those who believe, those who follow the Jewish Sabians and Christians — any who believe in God and the Last Day, and work righteousness — on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.” Surah 5:65-69. This reference is to Jewish Christians (Messianists), not Catholic Christians or Catholic Protestant Christians, but to the Messianist, to the Judeo-Christians who stand firm in and from the Holy Bible.

Judeo-Christians existed before the erroneous Catholic equapolitheist trinity dogma that Protestants inherited from protesting Catholics like Martin Luther. Messianists are strongly monotheist.

“O you who believe (Muslims)! Stand firm in justice, as a witness to God, even as against yourselves….O you who believe! Believe in God and His Messenger (Muhammed), and the Scripture (Gospel, New Covenant) which He has sent to His Messenger (Muhammed) and the Scripture (Torah, Old Covenant) which He has sent to those before (Muhammed and Quran). Any who denies God, His angels, His Books, His Messengers and the Day of Judgement has gone far astray.” 4:135 -136.

“The same religion He has established for you (Muslims) is as that which He enjoined on Noah…and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus (according to the Holy Bible)….but truly those who have inherited the Book (Holy Bible) after them are in suspicious doubt concerning it (Holy Bible)….follow not their vain desires; but say, ‘I believe in the Book (Holy Bible) which God has sent down…God is our Lord and your Lord: for us our deeds and for you for your deeds…God will bring us together, and to Him is our final goal.” Surah 42:13-15.

“Those Messengers We endowed with gifts, some ABOVE others, to one of them God spoke, others He raised to degrees. To Jesus the son of Mary We gave clarity and strengthened him with Holy Spirit.” Surah 2:253.

“Jesus Christ, the son of Mary, is held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of those NEAREST to God” Surah 3:45.

Notice, during the time of the Quran’s writing, the Holy Bible then known to Muhammed—which we have preserved the same today—is supported for accuracy and not corruption to mislead, otherwise the Quran is false and misleading. This is significant because Judeo-Christians can prove—by existing manuscripts—no major errors have entered their Holy Bible since the days of Muhammed. Original manuscripts existing before and after Muhammed still exist and by evidence testify to this.

Muhammed’s words as alleged from Gabriel and Allah or his after-death Quran compilers used the Greek manuscripts for affirming the New Covenant as we have today, this is supported by the Quran’s use of  “Isa” for Jesus. Had Muhammed heard from Allah in Hebrew or Arabic or read a Hebrew or Arabic New Covenant from a manuscript or translation other than Greek, he would have used the Hebrew name for Jesus, Yahwashag, not the Greek epithet from “Jesus” (Iesous) as translated to Arabic “Isa.”

In that way Quran can be used to support the Greek New Covenant Holy Scriptures we have today is without error and should be followed as is. Anything to the contrary is suspicious as contradicting Muhammed and made up after his death causing contradiction falsehood. Accordingly, those who do follow the Holy Bible should not fear or grieve, otherwise the Quran appears false, misleading, and therefore worth-less, or Muslims that violate it to cause fear and grief are worthy of punishment for transgressing that part of the Quran.

CONCLUSION

No religious book on earth through history can parallel compare to the qualities of the Holy Bible in its Divine uniqueness. Truth found in every other religion in the world is found within the Holy Bible as their seed of origin for derivative beliefs and writings about our one supreme God. Moreover, the Holy Bible has ways to apply that truth for maximum benefits for the world to God’s glory.
