SACRED JUDICIARY COUNCIL

Our Global Council from Christ within the Christian Church of God from Jerusalem arose from God through Jesus and his disciples. Jesus and his disciples is our first apostles and apostolic elders (overseers), especially by example, as recorded in Acts chapter one of the Holy Bible.

Our Global Council from Christ (GCC), sometimes represented by apostolic elders James and Peter (1 Peter 5:1-4), also known as our Sacred Judiciary Council, issues adjudications or judicial decrees through letters that are intended for and between brethren at international churches, such as those in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia.

One example of a letter or epistle was about New Covenant Priesthood teachings from Christ, such as the matter of Jewish circumcision. See Acts 15:6-35.

Our Sacred Judiciary Council commissioned apostles Paul, Barnabas, Barsabas, and Silas to deliver the epistle (letter) decree and strengthen the international brethren. Acts 15:22-33.

Our Sacred Judiciary Council has overseen churches-to-churches ministry across several continents and nations, for which financial “collection for the saints” was instituted, “as I (apostle Paul) have given orders to the churches” (1Corinthians 16:1-5) “that there may be equality” (2 Corinthians 8: 13-15), and future defenses. See Malachi 3:10-12.

Our Global Council from Christ continues this Sacred Judicial Council ministry today. The Holy Bible is its sole basis for constitutional judgments or decrees.

Each local Christian Church of God from Jerusalem (CCGJ), even initially in a house (1 Corinthian 16:19), has a people-to-people ministry to Shepherd as a Pastoral Overseer. Jesus intended by his teachings for there to be in every local church a sacred judiciary council, comprising a body of Spiritual apostolic elders in Him (not necessarily physical elders, see Job 32:7-9, 1 Timothy 3:6), who would, among other duties, serve disciplinary action against wayward disciples, as those calling another or others “Raca”, meaning worthless one. See Matthew 5:22.

Each authentic local CCGJ continues this local Sacred Judicial Council ministry today. That local eldership tribunal council in each church can inform and advise our GCC before and after GCC announces upcoming subjects scheduled for adjudication, for universal teachings and unity. Those teaching decrees intend to continually, authoritatively, define authentic Judeo-Christianity, the collective Body of Christ, and unify all disciples in our global apostolic commission. OUR SACRED ADJUDICTION

The Global Council from Christ (GCC) within the Christian Church of God from Jerusalem (CCGJ) has Holy Bible jurisdiction over all disagreements or disputes involving the Holy Bible, including those involving churches utilizing the Holy Bible as their basis of legitimacy. This includes but is not limited to, Messianist, Christians, Judeo-Christian, Jews, Messianic Jews, Yahwehist, and any novelty named Bible-based individuals. This includes teaching disputes, disputes between churches old and new, or between a church and a synagogue, or a church and a mosque, or a church and any other Temple, religion, or secular authority. 1 Corinthians 6:1-11.

Both parties or sides involved in a disagreement or dispute can submit their claims and evidence to our Sacred Council Judiciary, It can then be reviewed for a resolve from the Holy Bible with prayer to Almighty. After claims are submitted from both sides by email and attachments, or other agreed verifiable means, sometimes an estimated cost to adjudicate will be offered if needed to the submission-parties for acceptance or rejection to gift.

The gift goes toward investigative tools or supplies, research of claims and obtaining evidence more thoroughly if needed. This is for the support of multiple souls and their dedicated time to the issues instead of and away from their financial paying occupations.

Such dedicated judiciary can be deacons, apostles, and/or overseers (episkopoi) who obtain God’s help by prayers with meditation for answers. 1 Timothy 5:17-18, Proverbs 14:4.

After the proverbial Ox’en at the Stone Round Table (a metaphor, used to mean the apostolic Eldership Council, and any other required clergy as invited members of the judiciary) have been provided fodder (your case’s problem for resolve) to grind at the stone mill, Judicial Bread is delivered soon or later, depending on the difficulty or ease of the judgements produced. Each judgement shall have Holy Scripture citation for proven justification.

In the email subject box from our website CONTACT page (ccgjgcc4yah@gmail.com), enter REQUESTING JUDGEMENT, plaintiff (if your presenting any complaint, yours or theirs) and in the email letter state who the defendant is and defendant’s counter-claim argument. If you are the defendant, in the email subject box, enter REQUESTING JUDGEMENT, defendant (if replying to someone in defense of a position, identify plaintiff and plaintiff’s position). The greater the evidence presented the stronger the case can be one way or the other.

A sole person may submit both plaintiff-deffendant sides, and in that case, in our email subject box enter REQUESTING JUDGEMENT, neutral mediator, plaintiff-deffendant sides being presented. Then submit evidence (their teaching, sources for the teaching) for the position of each side (what they represent in contrast to each other and their effect or influence). Also tell us if the dispute is theory or between living human parties.
